Istanbul Blue Transfer

1. Service Provider

Istanbul Blue Transfer is a TÜRSAB-licensed private airport transfer and tour service operating in Istanbul, Turkey. By making a booking through our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking & Confirmation

When you submit a booking through our website, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking reference number. Your booking is confirmed once you receive this email. Please verify all details (date, time, locations, passenger count) and contact us immediately if any corrections are needed.

We reserve the right to decline a booking if the requested route is outside our service area or if the request cannot be safely fulfilled.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices shown on the website are per vehicle, not per person
  • Prices are fixed and all-inclusive — no hidden fees, tolls, or surcharges
  • Prices are quoted in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is made directly to the driver upon arrival — cash (EUR, TRY, USD, GBP) or credit card
  • No prepayment or deposit is required

Round trip bookings receive an automatic 10% discount on the total fare.

4. Cancellation Policy

Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. To cancel, use the "Manage My Booking" page on our website or contact us via WhatsApp or email.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion. No-shows (failure to appear at the pickup point without prior notice) may be charged the full transfer fare.

5. Pickup & Waiting Time

Airport Pickups

Your driver will be waiting at the arrivals area holding a name sign. We automatically track your flight — if your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra cost. Free waiting time at airports is 60 minutes from the actual landing time.

Hotel/Address Pickups

For non-airport pickups, the driver will arrive at the specified address at the scheduled time. Free waiting time is 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.

Additional Waiting

Waiting time beyond the free period may be charged at €1 per minute.

6. Luggage & Passengers

  • Sedan (1–3 passengers): up to 3 medium suitcases
  • Van (1–6 passengers): up to 6 medium suitcases
  • VIP Van (1–6 passengers): up to 6 medium suitcases, premium interior

If you have oversized luggage, extra bags, or special equipment (ski, golf, wheelchair), please mention this in the booking notes so we can arrange an appropriate vehicle.

Child seats are available upon request — please specify in your booking notes.

7. Vehicle & Driver

All vehicles are professionally maintained, fully insured, air-conditioned, and non-smoking. Our drivers are professionally licensed, English-speaking, and experienced in Istanbul traffic. The specific vehicle model may vary but will always match or exceed the class you booked (Sedan, Van, or VIP Van).

8. Service Area

Our primary service area covers all of Istanbul, including transfers to/from Istanbul Airport (IST) and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Intercity transfers (e.g., Istanbul to Bursa, Edirne, Ankara) are available upon request.

9. Liability

Istanbul Blue Transfer carries comprehensive vehicle and passenger insurance as required by Turkish law. Our liability is limited to direct damages resulting from our negligence. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, road closures, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. While our drivers will assist with luggage, Istanbul Blue Transfer is not liable for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.

10. Changes to Booking

You may request changes to your booking (date, time, vehicle, pickup location) through our website or by contacting us. Changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 12 hours before the scheduled pickup. Significant changes may result in a price adjustment.

11. Complaints & Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your transfer. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, with the Istanbul Courts having exclusive jurisdiction.
